In previous tasks, you learned how to create and modify selections within an image using the different selection tools available in the Editor. In this chapter, you will learn how to save selections and then reuse those selections to edit the image. You will learn how selections can be used to create a new image or layer. You will see how the Move tool enables you to not only move the selected portion of the image, but also to rotate the data in a selection. You will also see how data can be pasted directly into a selection.
