If your projects are rarely successful or if you are unsure of more than five of these questions, we recommend that you take official PMI project management training, find some books on fundamental project management, or spend some more time on the job to improve the skills and knowledge base you need to begin your pursuit of the PMP exam.   • Do you know how to use a Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) to plan, execute, and control a project?
