Chapter 12. MANAGING TASKS

BLACKBERRY BASICS:

• The Tasks application is used to store your to-do list items.

• The status, priority, and name are shown in the Tasks List.

• You can change the sort order of the Tasks List in the Options screen.

• You can delete all completed tasks by clicking the Delete Completed menu item.

The Tasks application is the "to-do" list portion of the standard Personal Information Management software suite. Tasks are more than just simple to-do items, though. They have helpful features such as a due date, and several different statuses that can be applied. The Tasks application is probably the least complex of the applications in your BlackBerry arsenal, however you'll find that you can hardly manage to get through a day without it.
