ADD IDENTIFYING INFORMATION

No one wants to think about what might happen if you were to lose your handheld, but it is a possibility. The simplest thing you can do is put your name and telephone number on the device somewhere so that if a good Samaritan were to find it, they can reach you.

The BlackBerry has a spot where you can save this information in the Options application under the Owner item.

Enter your name and whatever information might be relevant. At the very least, put your phone number and/or email address where someone can reach you, and remember to update it!
