Chapter IV-2. Initial Thoughts

As part of the agreement between TSC and Silicon Coast, the initial contract was to document the requirements. Once this document is approved then the client and TSC have an option to further continue with the project or dissolve the relationship.

If the decision was made not to pursue the proposed system, this option gives the client the decision to withdraw from the project. Alternatively, TSC also have the option to end the relationship at this stage of the project.

The requirements, test plan, and Gantt chart were emailed to the chairman of the chat-application committee for approval. Once received Silicon Coast examined the documents and decided to continue with the project.
