Project Plan

Once the initial gathering of requirements was completed Tatam System Consultants, produced a high-level project schedule. This was based upon the resources available and the initial requirements.

To start moving forward, Tatam System Consultants further developed the initial requirements into the requirements specification of the new system.

At this point, these requirement goals define the overall conceptual functionality that the chat application will deliver. During discussions, time was identified as a major restriction, which needed to be addressed. The project needed to be delivered before the international specialist began employment. This constraint was also one of the project's goals. After identifying the constraints, Tatam System Consultants undertook an assessment of risks and issues.

To promote communication and awareness between Tatam System Consultants and Silicon Coast, a list of deliverables was provided in the initial project plan. Tatam System Consultants customarily provides ongoing project-status reports to its clients, and by predetermining deliverables, Silicon Coast could ascertain to some extent the current stage of the project.

The following project plan will provide the path that enables Silicon Coast to reach its objectives.
