Customer feedback for the jukebox was gathered directly from the site. A form asked customers to rate a few features and then provided space to submit comments. Feedback went directly to Angie, who gathered and prioritized feature requests. My team then met with Angie to go over the features. After receiving the feedback from Angie, Lisa and I met with her to go over the feasibility of each feature and outline possible steps for implementation. Since there weren't any design-related issues, Kevin wasn't required for this meeting. |
