Do record all details about computer problems on the form provided by the Chief Information Officer.
Do keep equipment plugged into a surge protector at all times. Report any damage to equipment to the Chief Information Officer.
Do not keep liquids or magnets on or near your computer.
Do not remove any computer from the building without written permission from management.
Do not install unauthorized IM clients or personal e-mail accounts.
Do not transport disks back and forth between home and office. Viruses can be transmitted to your computer or the network from the Internet or other computers.
