hours The hours field, expressed in universal time, to be set in date. This argument should be an integer between 0 (midnight) and 23 (11 p.m.).
minutes An optional integer, between 0 and 59, that is used as the new value (in universal time) of the minutes field of date.
seconds An optional integer, between 0 and 59, that is used as the new value (in universal time) of the seconds field of date.
