Now that your site is up and running and the orders are starting to pour in, you will need to manage your workflow in order to keep your operation running smoothly. Develop a checklist or a step-by-step list of duties. You can develop a list for daily operations or you can create multiple lists for specific tasks.

Here's a sample checklist of an order process:

Check email for new orders.

Review order for accuracy and fraud.

3.

Confirm order with customer (optional).

4.

Process credit card.

5.

Package order.

6.

Go to mail center or schedule for pickup.

7.

Update inventory list.
