His most recent book from Que Publishing is Write a Business Plan in No Time (2005). Frank was the online shopping guide for About.com and is a prolific writer of e-business features on InformIT.com. In addition to his writing endeavors, he has appeared on numerous TV and radio talk shows to discuss online shopping and the future of e-commerce, and he teaches college-level courses on e-business at Western International University.
