Subscribing to an Internet phone service and setting up the hardware are a sort of "chicken and egg" conundrum. Often, you will be doing both at once, so it may seem counterintuitive to split them into separate chapters. It is easier to understand the entire process, however, by splitting it into smaller pieces. After you have read both chapters, you will be able to reassemble the parts into a better understanding of the entire process. Then, when you install your own service, it will be simpler to understand what is going on.
