The guide gives you point-and-click access to each of the files on the companion disk. Here the files are listed alphabetically . Source code listings in the book, indicated by the disk icon, begin with comment lines keyed to these filenames on the disk. Figure A.3 shows a portion of the Source Code Index by Filename.
