Web Sites

A variety of other Web sites are available to help you with Microsoft Outlook. One of the best resources I have found is the Internet search engine Google. Located at http://www.google.com, you can often find the answer to your Outlook problem by typing in the text of the error message in the search box. Google displays a list of Microsoft Knowledge Base articles as well as links to other resources. Other Web sites include

  • Que Publishing Que offers two Web sites for information about its books and about this book in particular.   • Microsoft Outlook on Microsoft.com This page is a one-stop resource for information about Microsoft Outlook. You can obtain purchasing information and support information, and you can browse links for downloading updates, patches, and sample forms and applications: http://www.microsoft.com/Outlook.

  • Slipstick Systems Exchange and Outlook Solutions Center Known to power users of Outlook as the most complete site for information about all things Outlook. Run by Outlook MVP Sue Mosher, Slipstick offers links for users, administrators, and developers. This site is updated regularly and is often the most up-to-date source for new bugs, features, downloads, and workarounds for Outlook: http://www.slipstick.com.

  • Most Valuable Professionals Web Sites Microsoft Most Valuable Professionals are individuals recognized by Microsoft for their willingness to help others in peer-to-peer newsgroups and other forums. Many have Web sites with information, links, and FAQs: http://www.mvps.org/links.html.
