A1:	OLAP stands for Online Analytical Processing. OLAP databases are aggregations of underlying relational data and facilitate end-user analysis.
2:	What advantage do OLAP databases have over OLTP databases?
A2:	Because OLAP databases are pre-aggregated along dimensions that have been identified as being useful for analysis, they are designed for end-user analysis. Similar forms of analysis on OLTP databases can be complex and time-consuming because OLTP databases were primarily designed for storing information.
3:	Does Crystal Reports provide the ability to add additional calculations and formulas to OLAP grids?
A3:	Yes through the Add Calculation option in the right-click menu in both the OLAP Grid (Preview tab) and the Cube tab, additional calculations not stored in the OLAP cube can be added to the Crystal Report's OLAP grid.
