2:	Can text be rotated to 45 degrees?
A2:	No Only 90 and 180.
3:	Can formatting be applied based on a value being returned from somewhere else?
A3:	Yes This is called conditional formatting.

Activities

Apply as much formatting as needed to existing reports. Don't forget that formatting can be conditional as well as static. (Maybe even try using Custom Functions see Hour 17 for more details.)
