SEARCH, the National Consortium for Justice Information and Statistics, is a nonprofit membership organization created by and for the states.
Dedicated to improving the criminal justice system through the effective application of information and identification technology, SEARCH provides justice agencies with products, services, and resources. It offers technical assistance to local and state justice agencies to help them develop, manage, and improve their automated information systems. The SEARCH National Technical Assistance and Training Program provides local, state, and federal agencies with comprehensive, hands-on training on computer technology issues with criminal-justice applications.
