From time to time, you may draw some artwork that is rather complex. On top of that, you may animate these drawings or scale them down to miniature sizes. This can cause some of these drawings to look a little crude or even slow down the animation on slower computers. Select the shape in question (strokes and fills), go to Modify, then Shape, and then choose Convert Lines to Fills. Doing so will convert selected lines to filled shapes, which can speed up drawing for some animations and make very small, complex drawings easier to see. This might not always be the best thing though, because it can increase your file size. I'll leave it up to you to find the best balance. I know what you're thinking: "There's always a tradeoff!" Ain't it the truth?
