The Audio Configuration window lets you create custom I/O labels by accessing the I/O labels view.
Single (mono) and paired (stereo) inputs and outputs can be labeled independently.
Labels can have long and short names for proper display in the Track Mixer.
A dedicated headphone mix can be created by assigning Sends to single bus that is set to a different set of outputs than the main mix.
A Send can be configured to Send post- or pre-volume fader.
The metronome click can be assigned to the headphone mix for isolation.
A talkback channel is created by using an input Object set to the output of the headphone mix.
Input Objects can be used to print effects upon recording.
Backing up your personal setup is useful both as a fail-safe and as a way of bringing your settings into a separate Logic system.
