Exercise 9: Indiana Industrials

You are an administrator of a site office for Indiana Industrials. The head of Information Technology sends a memo to all administrators mandating that all operating systems be current as of tomorrow. An audit will be conducted, and all service packs and updates are to be installed on every workstation in order to ensure that the majority of known security holes have been patched.

At your site, you have only one workstation running Novell Linux Desktop. It is connected to the Internet, and you need to look for, and install, any patches or updates that are available for it.
