Description

arp ip-address hardware-address

Statically maps an IP type [alias] address to a hardware address.

debug ip packet

Displays information on IP packets received, generated, and forwarded. Information on fast-switched packets will not be displayed.

debug ipv6 packet

Displays information on IPv6 packets received, generated, and forwarded.

ip cef

Enables Cisco Express Forwarding for IPv4.

ip load-sharing {per-packet | per-destination}

Configures the type of load-sharing on an outbound interface.

ip proxy-arp

Enables proxy ARP.

ip route prefix mask {address | interface [next-hop-address]} [distance] [permanent] [name name] [tag tag-number]

Statically adds a route entry to the route table.

ip route-cache

Configures the type of switching cache an interface will use for IPv4.

ipv6 cef

Enables Cisco Express Forwarding for IPv6. IPv4 CEF must be enabled before IPv6 CEF can be enabled.

ipv6 unicast-routing

Enables IPv6 routing. IPv6 routing is not enabled by default.

ipv6 route prefix/prefix length {address | interface [next-hop-address]} [distance] [permanent] [name name] [tag tag-number]

Statically adds an IPv6 route.

show cdp neighbor detail

Displays information about a neighbor router, including IOS version, and IPv4 and IPv6 interface configuration.

show ip cef

Displays CEF forwarding cache or a message indicating CEF is not enabled.

show ipv6 cef

 

show ipv6 cef {interface} detail

Displays whether CEF is enabled on an interface, among other things.

show ipv6 interface {interface}

Displays interface and IPv6 specific interface information.

show ip route

Displays the IP route table.

show ipv6 route

Displays the IPv6 route table.
