  1. engineering personnel (five or more years of university studies): high-skilled employees who analyze problems, design modifications, and supervise activities in the firm

  2. managers/financial personnel/lawyers (four or more years of university studies): high skilled employees, responsible for the high-level management of the firm

  3. technologists (three or more years of university studies): medium-skilled, specialized employees, such as mechanics, electricians, etc., who perform activities that relate directly to running the plant, supervising workers, as well as activities that relate to repairing or maintaining the equipment

  4. administrative personnel (white-collars)

  5. workers and all operators who perform activities related to running the plant (blue-collars)

  6. auxiliary personnel: low-skilled, peripheral employees, responsible for the cleaning, the running of the restaurant, the security, etc.
