Before you can genuinely focus on getting ahead, you have to consider where you want to go. If you are motivated to shine at work, you have a clear vision for your career and your life, with clear-cut goals, and you are emotionally intelligent enough to accept accountability for your actions, then you will deliver results that will propel your career forward.
