Flood Fill Tool

The last tool we’ll look at is the Flood Fill tool. It fills an area with a color, pattern, or gradient. You can use this to quickly add patterns or solid colors to the entire background of an image. You can also fill only a selection using the selection tool.

There are many more tools available in Paint Shop Pro, and you are encouraged to spend time going through its Help file. This chapter is here to introduce you to some of the concepts of Paint Shop Pro. When we later use it for creating graphics and textures, we’ll do everything in a step-by-step manner.
