Before running Reality Factory, it is imperative that you run the Video Setup program that comes with it. This will set the video driver and the resolution to something your system can handle. The 32-bit D3D driver may not work on all computer systems, so if you have problems, the 16-bit driver might be a better option. The Video Setup program will determine if it can run, before it is set. By default, the resolution is set to a full screen 800 x 600. Run Video Setup at this time and set it appropriately. You can see how it should appear in Figure 27.12. If you wish your screens to look comparable to the ones in the next chapter, choose Standard (800 x 600) and click Accept to close.
