10.7. About the Author

Lynne Coventry holds a B.Sc. in Computing Science and Psychology, an M.Sc. in Software Engineering, and a Ph.D. in Human Computer Interaction. She joined NCR in 1995 and is part of a multidisciplinary advanced research group. She is responsible for the HCI research for future self-service technologies. Her work includes the design and evaluation of alternative authentication concepts such as biometrics and graphical authentication techniques.
