Chapter 10. Recommended Software

The world of Mac software, of course, extends far beyond the applications included on your Mac mini. If you can do it on a computer, chances are good there's software available to do it on a Mac mini.

As you read this chapter, you will learn:

• About some useful programs for your Mac mini.

• Where to get more information and downloads for the applications described.

In this chapter, you will find single-page descriptions, in alphabetical order, of some of the software a group of friends and I use everyday and recommend to others. These are not actual reviewsjust pointers to some useful applications. No attempt has been made to make this a comprehensive list. You will also find software described in other parts of this book, especially Chapter 9.

Most of the software products in this book are available on a trial basis as downloads.
