Style Sheets Tab Is Missing

graphics/troubleshooting_icon.jpg

I am trying to create a new style sheet, but the Style Sheets tab is missing from the Page Templates dialog box.

FrontPage will remove the Style Sheets tab if you don't have CSS enabled on the Authoring tab of the Page Options dialog box. Select Tools, Page Options and click the Authoring tab. Make sure that the CSS 1.0 (formatting) check box is checked.

Style Toolbar Isn't Visible

I have created a new style sheet, but I don't see the Style toolbar.

If the Style toolbar isn't visible, you can display it by selecting View, Toolbars, Style.

Style Button Is Missing

I am trying to apply an inline style, but I don't have a Style button.

FrontPage will remove the Style button from all dialogs when CSS is disabled. Select Tools, Page Options and click the Authoring tab. Make sure that the CSS 1.0 (formatting) check box is checked.

Position Menu Is Not Enabled

I am trying to absolutely position something on my page, but the Position menu is grayed out.

FrontPage disables the Position menu if CSS positioning is disabled. Select Tools, Page Options and click the Authoring tab. Make sure that the CSS 2.0 (positioning) check box is checked.
