Object Style Categories


These are the categories for object styles.

Dialog Box Options

Description

General options for object styles

Let you base one style o+n another, reset to base, and set the next style or the keyboard shortcut. (See page 376.)

Fill controls

Let you set the fill attributes. Included in the default [Basic Graphics Frame] and [Basic Text Frame].

Stroke controls

Let you set the basic stroke attributes. Included in the default [Basic Graphics Frame] and [Basic Text Frame].

Stroke & Corner Effects controls

Let you set the advanced stroke attributes and the corner effects. Included in the default [Basic Graphics Frame] and [Basic Text Frame].

Transparency controls

Let you set the transparency effects. Included in the default [Basic Graphics Frame] and [Basic Text Frame].

Drop Shadow & Feather controls

Let you set a drop shadow or feathering. Included in the default [Basic Graphics Frame] and [Basic Text Frame].

Paragraph Styles controls

Let you set a paragraph style and apply the next style.

Text Frame General Options controls

Let you set the general options for text frames. Included in the default [Basic Text Frame].

Text Frame Baseline Options controls

Let you set the options for the baseline applied to text frames. Included in the default [Basic Text Frame].

Story Options controls

Let you set the story options for text.

Text Wrap & Other controls

Let you set the options for the text wrap. The Other is the option to set the object as nonprinting.

Anchored object controls

Let you set the options for an inline or anchored object.
