Mastering Transparency

There is nothing to fear about transparency. If you understand how to apply the effects as described here, and set up a few preflight steps (see Chapter 16, "Preflighting and Printing"), you should have no problem creating dramatic effects using transparency. The following table will help you understand which transparency features you will and will not find in each program.
