Complimentary Phone SupportComplimentary support is available for 90 days after registering your product, for errors or crashes that occur during or immediately after installing the software. This support is for problems with your installer disks, serial numbers, initial activation, and other installer issues. If your problem does not qualify for complimentary support, you may purchase a single support incident. The complimentary support lines are open Monday through Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific time). Adobe Expert SupportYou can also purchase support plans for problems that are not covered by the complimentary phone support. You'll need to have your credit card handy to purchase immediate support on the phone.
