This chapter looked at Dreamweaver templates and libraries, two different (but not mutually exclusive!) ways of automating the development of site-wide content. You saw many different aspects of templates, including the template language, and you got some experience building a template-based site in the exercises. You also learned about library items and some of their idiosyncracies, and how library items compare with server-side includes, an HTML tool for creating updateable site content.
