This chapter showed you the wide and wonderful world of Dreamweaver local site management. Before you ever even think of uploading your site to a web server for publication, all the behind-the-scenes work of file, link, and asset management has to take place. In this chapter, you learned how to use the Site panelincluding the Site Files and Site Map viewsto rearrange, rename, create, and delete files within a site. You learned how Dreamweaver can help you manage links across an entire site easily and painlessly. And you learned about managing media elements, colors, and URLs through the Assets panel.
