Believe it or not, the Cisco CCNA exam has no prerequisites. However (and you knew that was coming), it's imperative that you have the knowledge listed in the "Ability Tested" section before you attempt the CCNA exam. Don't be fooled: This exam isn't easy, and taking the exam two or three times isn't out of the ordinary.
