You can create a switchboard and set startup options to make it easier for others to access and manipulate your data, and more difficult to unintentionally change or delete data.
You can use custom categories and groups to organize commonly-used forms, reports, and other objects for easy access, and to limit access to objects. This replaces the basic functionality of the switchboard.
You can place any command on the Quick Access Toolbar common to all databases, or on a custom toolbar specific to one database.
