You can access the contents of the CD in two ways:
Through your Web browser: Start by double-clicking the start_here.html file to open the CD's home page in your browser. You'll see links to the CD's contents as well as to resources on the Web.
Through the CD's folders: Open the CD by double-clicking the CD drive icon in My Computer (Windows) or on the Desktop(Mac OS X). You'll see folders that contain various documents.You open the folders and their contents by double-clicking the files or by dragging them to your computer (to the desktop or to a folder) and opening them from there. You need the appropriate applications on your computer to open these files. For example, to work with the InDesign document templates, you'll need a copy of Adobe's InDesign CS or later.
I recommend that you use your Web browser to access the CD's many links to Websites that contain product information and services, and that you open the CD's folders to access content suchas templates to experiment with on your computer. Some resources, such as the chapter quizzes and ergonomics guide, are just as easy to access via your Web browser as they are to open from their folders, so do whatever is easiest for you.
