In this chapter, you examined the internal workings of the ATL Server Web service support. You should now have a better understanding of how this Web service support works and why it has the limitations it has. You also should have a better idea of where to go to work around any limitations (or bugs ) should the need arise.
In Chapter 13 you saw some performance tuning tips and tricks that you can use in your ATL Server application. These were in the form of some general guidelines and some specific issues that we had seen other development teams run into. In the next chapter youll take a closer look at performance tuning your ATL Server application, including how to use and not use many of the ATL Server classes themselves .
