Dads

As fathers take on more parenting duties, they are becoming more attuned to the need to express their observations about their children and family life on the Internet as well. Many of the more well-known dad blogs are kept by fathers who stay at home to raise their children. Given that there are only about 98,000 fathers who are stay-at-home child caregivers in comparison to the 5.4 million stay-at-home moms in the United States, stay-at-home dads are more self-conscious and may feel more isolated than the typical stay-at-home mom. Blogs give these fathers an outlet to vent their frustrations and joys about being trailblazers.
