Overview
This chapter covers the installation of the SAP Automation toolkit, the client/server components for the RFC (Remote Function Calls), and other items that you must install and configure to set up the development and operating environments. For the most part the installation procedure is fairly straightforward, but some areas, particularly the server configuration, require an understanding of the overall architecture and how it relates to your business and development requirements.
