Previewing and Printing Charts

graphics/print_preview.gif When your chart is ready for the printer or when you think it's ready, click the chart and then click the Print Preview button (or select File , Print Preview ) to check it out. This displays a full-page version of the chart, as shown in Figure 10.10. To print the worksheet data and the chart together on the same page, click outside the chart area, somewhere on the worksheet, to deselect the chart; then click Print Preview . If everything looks the way you want it to look, click the Print button to start printing.
