Expired Records

GroupWise administration allows you to set an expiration time on a GroupWise user's account. The Expired Records tool under Tools, GroupWise Utilities allows you to easily see accounts that have expired (see Figure 7.6).

Users who have expired can still receive mail, but they cannot open their mailboxes. Expiration is a useful way to deal with temporary or contract employees without having to commit to deleting their mailboxes.
