The resume and job application may get you the interview, but the interview will get you the job. Remember the following points:
Before being interviewed for IWC's ISSO position, learn all you can about IWC.
Read books about how to prepare and dress for interviews.
Prepare answers for the questions you will probably be asked, and practice the interview process so your answers come across naturally, and not as memorized, rehearsed answers.
Develop an ISSO portfolio to be used during the interview.
During the interview, refer the interviewers to the portfolio.
During the interview, use "we" and "our" as if you already worked at IWC and were giving an in-house briefing to corporate management.
