Where We've Been ”Where We're Going

We've begun to explore the underpinnings of the design process, two ways to express the design ”both textually in a script used to illustrate a facet of the design and textually in the form of a Design Specification that articulates the intricate details of how the design will function. From the design perspective, the way that the system speaks is as important, if not more important, than how it listens. Examining how to craft the words the system says is the topic of our next chapter.
