Using the Flood Fill Tool

The Flood Fill tool fills an area with a color , pattern, gradient, or texture. The area could be a selected area, an enclosed drawn shape, or the entire canvas. You can have the Flood Fill tool replace a selected area, the entire canvas, or a drawn enclosed image.

NOTE

To confine the fill to a specific area, make a selection before using the Flood Fill tool.
