When you are finished working on an image, you should close it. Closing is the equivalent of putting it away for later use. When you close a file, you are only putting the file awaynot closing the program. Paint Shop Pro is still active and ready to work for you.
If you close a file with changes that have not been saved, Paint Shop Pro prompts you with a message box.
NOTE
If you have not saved your file, choose Yes to save the changes or No to close the file without saving the changes.
If you are working with multiple graphics image windows, you can close them all at a single time. Instead of following a prompt to save each file individually, Paint Shop Pro provides a window where you can check which of the open files you want to save.
NOTE
Optionally, click the Paint Shop Pro Close button.
Any files that have not already been saved are listed in the top left. By default, each unsaved filename has a v indicating that you want to save the file.
