Once you have specified any print specifications and options, you can print the worksheet. You may want to preview the worksheet on the screen before you print, just to make sure you have all the options set correctly.
Using the Print Preview feature can save lots of paper by allowing you to see the worksheet on your screen before actually printing it to paper.
Don't strain your eyes trying to read the text in the Preview window. You are looking at the overall perspective here, not necessarily the individual cell contents. You cannot edit the worksheet cell contents while in Preview mode.
Typically, the end result of creating a worksheet is to get the information onto paper. Now that you've checked all your printing options, you are ready to print. You can print from the toolbar, or specify additional printing options through the Print dialog box.
