With the PowerPoint file you want to email displayed onscreen, click the E-mail (As Attachment) button on the Standard toolbar.
An email message window appears with the presentation file already attached to the message and the subject header filled in.
Type the email address of the person to whom you want to send the file.
Another way to collaborate with others is to email your presentation file. You can email your current file without leaving the PowerPoint program window.
To view the presentation, the person to which you email the file must have PowerPoint installed on their computer.
Click the message area and type any text you want to accompany the presentation.
Click Send to email the file.
