A check or payment transaction or deposit (such as a pay deposit) that happens at regular intervals. Quicken reminds you of each scheduled transaction and enters the transaction information for you, if you want.

The list of scheduled transactions you've entered in Quicken.

Viewing a different area in a file or list. Usually accomplished by clicking a scroll bar on the side or bottom of the window.
split
Assigning more than one category or subcategory to a transaction to reflect accurately the purpose of the expenditure or the source of the income. You specify the portion of the transaction that falls into each category or subcategory .
statement ending balance
The ending balance from your paper bank statement, to which you compare your Quicken transactions when you reconcile your account.
subcategory
A subdivision of a Quicken category used to identify an expense or income transaction more precisely.
