Encode

In the Encode tab, the following settings are used to make the video look as good as possible:

• Codec Sorenson Video 3 Pro is used.

• Frame Rate 30 FPS ( frames per second).

• Keyframes "every" 90 is used.

• Video Data Rate 2-pass VBR is used with a setting of 200Kbps. This is derived by multiplying the width and height by frames per second and then dividing by 35,000. This results in 195.4, which is then rounded up.
