iChat AV: IGNORING THE FREAKS

If you're in a public chat with several people, and one of them starts to really get on your nerves (in other words, they're a PC user), you can ask iChat to completely ignore their comments by going to the list of participants (in the sidebar), clicking on their name, and then going under the Buddies menu and choosing Block. From that point on, their comments will no longer appear in the chat window. In short, you dissed them (by using "dissed," I picked up incredible street cred with people still stuck in the '90s).
